Ingredients:
1. Chicken & Cheese Kabab
– Chicken mince 500gms
– Cheese grated 100gms
– Onion finely chopped 1 medium size
– Garlic paste 1tbsp
– Salt to taste
– Red Chili flakes to taste
– Oil for fry

2. Daal Chaat
– Black Chana boiled 2 cups
– Potatoes boiled 2-3 pcs
– Chopped onions 1 medium size
– Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander chopped 1 tbsp
– Lemon juice 2-3 tbsp

3. Malai Boti with Paratha
– Chicken boneless, 1″ cubes, 600gms
– Yogurt, 250gms
– Cream, 30ml
– Lemon juice, 1tbsp
– Salt to taste
– White pepper, 1tsp
– Papaya paste (1 tbsp)
– Garlic, chopped (1tbsp)
– Green chili paste, 1tsp
– Butter, 20gms
– Ginger, chopped (1tsp)
– Oil
– Paratha (1 large)

Instructions:
1. Chicken & Cheese Kabab
– Mix chicken mince, cheese, onion, garlic paste, salt, red chili flakes and mix it well.
– Make round shape kebab with chicken mixture.
– Heat oil in frying pan and turn heat on medium.
– Fry kabab until it turns golden brown.
– Serve hot with ketchup or mint chutney.

2. Daal Chaat
– Mix black chana, boiled potatoes, onions, crushed red pepper, salt and fresh coriander in a bowl.
– Add lemon juice to the bowl and mix all ingredients well.
– Decorate with coriander before serving.

3. Malai Boti with Paratha
– Cut chicken into 1″ cubes and mix with yogurt, cream, lemon juice, white pepper, papaya paste, garlic, green chili paste and salt.
– Marinate chicken with the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.

– Bell pepper, 1

– Soy sauce, 1/4 cup

– Paprika, 1 tsp
– Garlic powder, 1 tsp
– Onion powder, 1 tsp

Instructions:

– Pita bread, 4
– Greek yogurt, 1 cup
– Garlic paste, 1 tsp
– Cumin powder, 1 tsp
– Paprika, 1 tsp
– Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
– Olive oil, 2 tbsp
– Salt to taste

3. Samosas
– Potatoes boiled and mashed, 1 cup
– Peas, 1 cup
– Onion, 1
– Green chilies, 2-3
– Coriander leaves, chopped 1/4 cup

– Cumin powder, 1 tsp
– Garam masala powder, 1 tsp
– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying

Instructions:

– Preheat oven to 200°C.
– Cut kataifi pastry into small pieces and combine with melted butter.
– Spread half of the pastry into the bottom of an oven tray.
– Add filling and spread evenly.
– Cover the filling with the remaining pastry.
