Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cut into small pieces
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup cream

Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
- Whisk yogurt and cream together and add this mixture to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Boil rice with 2 cups water and salt.
- Place half of the rice in a deep dish, add the chicken mixture, and cover with the remaining rice.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
