Lilo and Stitch Waffle Sliders
Ingredients:
- 1 can mini waffles
- 4 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger patties
- 1/4 cup of pancake batter
Instructions:
- Preheat a griddle or frying pan to medium-high heat.
- Make mini-waffles according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Cook 4 hamburger patties to your liking, and melt cheese over the top of each patty.
- Cook bacon on a separate pan until crispy.
- Spread pancake batter over one side of each mini waffle and place it on the griddle, batter-side down. Cook until golden brown, then flip and repeat on the other side.

- Add milk, egg, and melted butter to the bowl, whisking until the batter is smooth.

- Boil 1 cup of water on the stove or in a kettle.
- Place 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds into a French press or coffee filter.
- Carefully pour the hot water over the grounds, then let it steep for 4-5 minutes.
- Slowly press the plunger on the French press or pour the coffee through a coffee filter, and enjoy!
