  2. Add onion and green chilies. Fry until onion is soft and brown.
  3. Add ground beef and fry for 10 minutes.
  4. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, dry mango powder, and cilantro. Fry for 5 more minutes.
  5. Let the mixture cool.
  6. Preheat oven to 375 F.
