Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and ground chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and no longer pink, about 8 minutes.
