Let’s get started. First up, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Then, gather your ingredients and get to work. You’ll need:
– 1 box spice cake mix
– 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree
– 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
– 3 eggs
– 1 1/2 cups sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
Once you’ve got everything out and on the counter, it’s time to get baking.
Start by greasing a 9×13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Then, mix together the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
