- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and ladle the batter onto the pan. Flip it when the bottom side is golden brown.

Pancake Recipe No Milk No Egg No Butter
If you’re a vegan or just really don’t like cow’s milk and eggs, this pancake recipe is for you.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder
- 1 cup of non-dairy milk (like almond or soy milk)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract – again this is optional
Instructions:
- Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder) in a bowl.
- Add non-dairy milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture and stir until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
- Use a ladle to pour batter onto the skillet or griddle. I like to make them silver-dollar size, but you do you!
- Cook until little bubbles form on the surface of the pancake and the bottom side is golden brown. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes.
- Flip the pancake over and cook the other side until it’s golden brown too.
- Eat ’em up!
