Instructions:

  2. Beat egg in a separate bowl and add water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract if you chose to use it.
  3. Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and stir until smooth – lumps are not our friend here.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and ladle the batter onto the pan. Flip it when the bottom side is golden brown.

  6. Flip the pancake over and cook the other side until it’s golden brown too.
  7. Eat ’em up!
