Recipe 1: Saturday Morning Pancakes

First up, we’ve got some Saturday morning pancakes. These babies are fluffy, sweet, and oh so delicious. Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Shrove Tuesday pancake recipe ingredients

  • 125g plain flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 300ml milk
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil or melted butter
