Okay y’all, today I’m gonna share with you the recipe for some banging Walker Brothers Apple Pancakes. These babies are so good, you’ll fall in love at first bite. Now, let’s get started.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large apple, peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.

3. Melt the butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Once melted, add in the sliced apples and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the top. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
