Goodmorning everyone! Today I wanted to share one of my favorite gluten free pancake mixes – King Arthur Flour’s Gluten Free Pancake Mix. It’s so easy to make and tastes incredible. You can find it at most grocery stores, or even order online if you prefer.
King Arthur Flour, Gluten Free Pancake Mix
Ingredients:
- 1 cup King Arthur Flour, Gluten Free Pancake Mix
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or vegetable oil
Instructions:
- Heat a lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium-high heat (375°F).
- Whisk together egg, milk and melted butter/oil.
- Add pancake mix and whisk until smooth.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle or skillet for each pancake.
- Cook pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes until bubbles form on top and the underside is golden brown.
- Flip pancakes and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve with your favorite toppings (I love maple syrup and blueberries).
Another Option: King Arthur Flour Gluten Free Pancake Mix at Walmart
If you don’t have access to the King Arthur Flour mix, you can also try their gluten free pancake mix sold at Walmart. It’s just as delicious and easy to make!
