  • 1 Tbsp Whole Peppercorn
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions:

  1. Start by preparing the chicken. Rinse and pat dry with paper towels. Cut into serving pieces if desired.
  2. In a pot, add the chicken, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, peppercorn, and bay leaves. Mix well.
