- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp urad dal
- 1 tbsp chana dal
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and green chili. Cook until the dals are golden brown.
- Add chopped onions to the pan and cook until they are soft and translucent.
- Now add the chopped carrots, beans, and green peas and cook until they are slightly tender.
- Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, and salt to taste. Mix everything together.
- Add rolled oats and cook until the oats are soft and fluffy.
- Serve hot.
