- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup semolina
- 1/4 cup of sugar

- 1 teaspoon of yeast

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, semolina, sugar, rosewater, yeast, and baking powder until you have a smooth batter.

- In a saucepan, heat the milk, water, sugar, and cardamom powder over medium heat until sugar has dissolved completely.

- 1 liter of milk
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of vermicelli
- 1/4 cup of dates, chopped
- 1/4 cup of raisins
- 1 tablespoon of ghee
- 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder
- 1/4 cup of almonds, chopped and roasted
- 1/4 cup of pistachios, chopped and roasted
Instructions:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add vermicelli and sauté for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
- Boil milk in a pot, add sugar and cardamom powder, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the roasted vermicelli, dates, and raisins, and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, or until the vermicelli is cooked and the milk has thickened.
- Remove from heat and let it cool down slightly.
- Garnish with roasted almonds and pistachios and serve.
