  6. Add 2 cups of water and bring it to a boil. Add salt as per taste.
  7. Now add the roasted oats and mix well.
  8. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes on low flame.
  9. After 5-7 minutes, stir the Upma and check if the oats have cooked and all water has been absorbed.
  10. If the oats are not cooked, add a little more water and let it cook for another couple of minutes.
