Almond Milk Pancakes
First things first, let’s take a look at the ingredients you will need:
- 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of white sugar
- 1 1/4 cups of almond milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons of melted butter
Now that you have all of your ingredients, it’s time to get started with the recipe. Here are the instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, egg and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
- Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour batter onto the skillet.
- Cook until the edges start to dry and bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until the other side is lightly browned.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
