Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cold water
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 6 oz mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, etc.)
- 1 scallion
- Vegetable oil for frying
First, whisk together the flour, water, eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper until it forms a smooth batter. Add the seafood and scallion and stir until evenly distributed.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add enough oil to cover the bottom. Pour in the pancake batter and spread it out evenly to cover the entire skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes, then carefully flip the pancake and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, eggs, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper until a smooth batter forms.
- Add the mixed seafood and scallion to the batter and stir until evenly distributed.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add enough vegetable oil to cover the bottom.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and spread it out evenly to cover the entire skillet.
- Cook for approximately 3 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce (we recommend soy sauce or a spicy mayo).
