1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix the batter.
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Scoop 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until bubbles start to form on the surface of the pancake.
Flip the pancake and cook for an additional minute or until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
