Today, I am sharing some of my favorite recipes that I found online. These recipes are easy to make and absolutely delicious!
1. Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
The garlic butter steak bites are a perfect appetizer for any occasion. This recipe is very easy to make and takes less than 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs steak, cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 tbsp butter, divided
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over high heat.
- Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the steak bites back to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
2. Creamy Tuscan Chicken:
This creamy Tuscan chicken dish is a crowd-pleaser. The combination of tender chicken, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes in a creamy garlic sauce is unbeatable.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- fresh basil, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the skillet and stir until the spinach is wilted.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the chicken, and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
