Today, I am sharing some of my favorite recipes that I found online. These recipes are easy to make and absolutely delicious!

1. Garlic Butter Steak Bites:

Garlic Butter Steak Bites

The garlic butter steak bites are a perfect appetizer for any occasion. This recipe is very easy to make and takes less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs steak, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 4 tbsp butter, divided
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over high heat.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
  7. Add the steak bites back to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

2. Creamy Tuscan Chicken:

Creamy Tuscan Chicken

This creamy Tuscan chicken dish is a crowd-pleaser. The combination of tender chicken, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes in a creamy garlic sauce is unbeatable.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • fresh basil, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the skillet and stir until the spinach is wilted.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over the chicken, and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
