Good day to all, today I would like to share with you a fantastic and healthy recipe that I tried last night. I made delicious oatmeal for breakfast, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup of rolled oats
2 cups of water
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 cup of milk (optional)
Instructions:
To make this delicious oatmeal, start by pouring the rolled oats into a saucepan over medium heat. Toast the oats for about 2-3 minutes until they begin to turn golden brown.
Next, add 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt into the saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let the oats simmer for about 5 minutes.
Add in the tablespoon of honey and the teaspoon of cinnamon to the mixture and stir well. Let the oatmeal cook for another 5 minutes until it becomes thick and creamy. If you prefer a creamier consistency, you can add a 1/2 cup of milk to the mixture and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Pour your delicious oatmeal into a bowl and serve hot. You can top your oatmeal with fresh fruits, nuts or seeds for extra flavor and nutrition.
