Napoleon Cake Recipe
Ingredients:

- Add about 1/2 cup of the hot milk mixture into the egg mixture and whisk to combine.
- Slowly pour the egg mixture back into the milk mixture while whisking continuously. Cook the mixture on medium heat until it thickens and starts to boil, whisking constantly.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter and vanilla extract. Whisk until the butter is fully incorporated.
- Cover the pastry cream with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface of the cream to prevent a skin from forming. Refrigerate until the cream has completely cooled.
- Spread the pastry cream onto the cooled puff pastry circles, stacking them on top of each other.
- Dust the top layer with confectioners’ sugar.
No-Bake Napoleon Cake Recipe

- For the frosting:
