Greetings, my fellow foodies! Today, I stumbled upon some delightful recipe photos and decided to make a post about them.

First up, we have the lovely Katie Button. Check out this photo of her at the Charleston Wine + Food event. She’s looking positively radiant!

Now, onto the good stuff. Katie Lee, another fabulous chef, has a recipe for Penne Pie that I just had to share with all of you. And let me tell you, it’s as delicious as it sounds.

First, preheat your oven to 375°F. Then, cook a pound of penne pasta according to the package directions. While the pasta is cooking, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet and cook two cloves of minced garlic until fragrant. Add a pound of ground beef and cook until browned. Drain any excess fat and stir in a cup of marinara sauce.

In a separate bowl, whisk together two eggs, a cup of ricotta cheese, and a cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the cheese mixture, stirring until well combined.

Grease a 9-inch springform pan and pour the pasta mixture into it. Top with the meat sauce and another cup of shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.

And there you have it, folks. A delicious and hearty Penne Pie that will have you coming back for seconds (and maybe even thirds).

But wait, there’s more! I couldn’t resist sharing another photo of Katie Button. Just look at her joyfully presenting some scrumptious-looking dish. I don’t know about you, but I could use a bite right about now.
