This recipe is perfect for when you need to meal prep for the week or just want a quick and easy breakfast in the morning that’ll keep you full and energized throughout the day. And the best part? Healthy Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, almond milk, egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spread the blueberries evenly on the bottom of the baking dish and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top (if using).
