Crustless Quiche Recipe and Butterbean’s Cafe Let’s Get Cooking DVD
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked diced ham or bacon
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup diced red pepper
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Lightly spray an 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, flour, baking powder, salt and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in ham or bacon, cheese, onion, green pepper and red pepper until well combined.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup diced cooked ham
- 3/4 cup milk

Instructions:
