Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust, unbaked
- 6 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
