Chewy Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 and 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
Directions:

- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until it’s light and fluffy.
