Grilled Adobo Chicken

Grilled Adobo Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons of Goya adobo seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the adobo seasoning, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag and add the seasoning mixture. Seal the bag and shake to coat the chicken evenly.
  3. Refrigerate the bag for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours).
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grates with oil to prevent sticking.
  5. Remove the chicken from the bag and discard any excess marinade. Brush both sides of the chicken breasts with the olive oil.
  6. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  7. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
