  2. In a skillet, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil on medium heat. Add the cumin, coriander, and fennel seeds and stir for a minute.
  3. Add the turmeric, cayenne pepper, and salt to the skillet and mix well.
  4. Add the vegetables and cook for 5 minutes. Let the mixture cool.
  5. Roll the dough into 12 thin circles. Cut each circle in half.
  6. Take one half and make a cone shape. Fill it with the vegetable mixture and seal the edges using water. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
  7. In a deep fryer, heat oil on high heat. Fry the samosas until golden brown.
  8. Drain the samosas on a paper towel and serve hot.
