Black folks love to whip up some good treats, and one of our favorites is rocky road! It’s the perfect combination of chocolate, marshmallows, and nuts, all in one delicious bite. And let me tell you, I have an ultimate rocky road recipe that will have your taste buds dancing!

First, let’s take a look at the ingredients:
– 1 cup of milk chocolate chips
– 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1 cup of mini marshmallows
– 1 cup of chopped nuts (I like to use a mix of almonds and pecans)
– 1/2 cup of butter
– 1/4 cup of light corn syrup
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Now, onto the instructions:
1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips, semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and chopped nuts. Set aside.
3. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and corn syrup over low heat, stirring constantly.
4. Once melted, remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Pour the butter mixture over the chocolate mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the rocky road has set.
8. Once set, remove the rocky road from the baking dish and cut into squares.

And there you have it, the ultimate rocky road recipe! But, if you’re feeling a bit more festive, why not try out my Easter rocky road recipe?
