Chana Chaat
- 2 cups boiled chickpeas
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Coriander leaves for garnish
Mix everything in a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Mango Lassi
- 1 cup mango pulp
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of cardamom powder
Blend everything together and serve chilled.
Chicken Cutlets
- 1/2 kg chicken mince
- 5 boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- Bread crumbs for coating
- Oil for frying
Mix chicken mince, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and egg. Make small round patties, coat them in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
