Pancakes, pancakes, pancakes. Who doesn’t love a good pancake? Breakfast, lunch or dinner, pancakes can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Today, I am here to share with y’all not one, but two easy pancake recipes that will leave your taste buds begging for more.
Let’s start with the first recipe, which I like to call “Easy Pancake Recipe”. First, y’all need to gather all of y’all ingredients:
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 2 eggs
– 1 1/2 cups milk
– 1/4 cup vegetable oil
– 2 tablespoons white sugar
Once y’all have all those ingredients, it’s time to get cooking. First, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Then, in a separate bowl, beat the eggs and milk together until the mixture is smooth. Add the vegetable oil to the egg and milk mixture, and then gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
Now, let’s move on to the second recipe, which I like to call “Easy Fluffy Pancake Recipe – Baking Is Therapy”. Gather all yer ingredients:
– 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
– 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1 tablespoon white sugar
– 1 1/4 cups milk
– 1 egg
– 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Once y’all have all those ingredients, it’s time to get cooking. First, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla extract until it forms a smooth mixture. Gradually stir the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until a smooth batter is formed.
Now that y’all have both recipes, it’s time to start cooking! For each recipe, start by preheating yer griddle or pan to medium-high heat. Grease the griddle or pan lightly with cooking spray or butter. Pour around 1/4 cup of the batter onto the griddle or pan for each pancake, and cook until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook for an additional minute or two.
