Delia Smith-Style Pancakes
Start your pancake journey with Delia’s classic pancake recipe. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 110g plain flour
- 2 large eggs
- 200ml milk
- 75ml water
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp melted butter
1. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl.
2. Make a well in the centre of the flour and break in the eggs.
3. Whisk the eggs with a little flour, then gradually whisk in the milk and water until the batter is smooth.
4. Stir in the melted butter.

- 2 lemons, juiced
- 50g caster sugar

2. Squeeze the lemon juice and stir in the caster sugar to make a syrup.
