  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Working in batches, cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer chicken to a slow cooker or Instant Pot.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, black peppercorns, and oregano until well combined.
